Service Description

The performance programme is for participants interested in learning about how to optimise their sleep and recovery, to constantly operate at their peak. To achieve this we utilise wearable tech and coaching. The programme is data-driven. You will gain insights to understand your sleep, nervous system, and the impact of your daily activity on your health. With your wearable device, you will receive a daily recovery score and recommendations of how much sleep you need on a daily basis. We will work together to help personalise the right approach to maximise the yield of your recovery so you can start getting the best from your body.
